Because he was most likely still using hgh or straight igf-1 after he got popped for t/e ratios. He got popped 4 years before usada era.

If you’re saying he was using massive amounts of HGH to achieve the Ubereem body, why did he show no signs of HGH gut THEN while he was still using massive amounts of HGH? (According to you) That’s what I’m asking. If you’re saying he used it to become ubereem then he would have had HGH gut then right?
