My knees have been buckling lately. I can just be walking across open ground and one of my knees will just buckle. I talked to a guy about it and he looked at my legs and said the inner quard is much larger than the outer quad and that could be causing my knee not to be supported properly and letting them shift. Is this possible? If so, are there specific leg exercises that work the outer quad? Thanks in advance.
Ice skating. No joke. Do it! WAR Jaromir Jagr!!!! ...sorry. Seriously, though, ice skating is killer for outer legs 'cause you're always pushing outward...then again, you might not have an ice rink near ya.... Whatever you do, don't do those gay outer/inner thigh machines at the gym...ever....
Lateral lunges are probably your best bet. Coming from a hockey player a certain level of skating ablility would have to be present to make any real progress.
