Out of training for 2 weeks?

I'm not going to be able to train jiu jitsu for about 2 weeks because of school and stuff, but I don't want to lose my cardio, any suggestions about how to keep my cardio functioning like it was when I was training? is swimming or resistance bands any good? I don't really have time but I have thai pads at home and stuff any drills I can do?

Burpees dude, burpees. Try to do the burpee 100 challenge, it's a kick ass conditioning/cardio challenge.
 
skip the burpees, move right on to the tears
 
Thanks ill look into it and the tears are hard to hold back lol 2 weeks
