It is a fun sport but got it teaches you bad habits and when you go from this style of sparring to other punch orientated sparring, the habit of having your hands down comes to haunt you.

just from MT, can see a cross of TKD kicks and MT kicks, along with MT stance and blocks being brilliant as a base. Add boxers hands but anyway :icon_conf
anyone able to say if its possible to cross train TKD and MT effectively? i know its largely to do with the individual and you will probably get odd looks coming with a cross trained stance during lessons but what the heck if it works. Im planning to cross train my MT with TKD next year after ive got a solid MT base.
