Otm slc 420, ssc 550, rsc 420

For anyone that owns any of these gi's...I was wondering how much they shrink? Are any of them similar to Vulkan's which really do not shrink even if dried in heat? Thanks

I have an RSC420. It is longer than most of my other gis. I had to dry it full blast on high heat through a couple of washes to see any shrinkage. So it does shrink but very minimally. Unfortunately, it stretched back out after a rolling session. Not a huge fan of the RSC420.

Is it ok to use the ssc 550 in tournaments? It's a bit heavier than the other two but you get benefits since the gi lasts longer and obviously more durable.

As for the question, well I really like the gi itself. But it's only my first gi as well so I wouldn't really know how it compares to other gis or it's other two lighter counterparts. It seems really strong and pretty comfortable as well. It's good for daily training and it shrank a whole lot in the dryer. Which fortunately shrank to a good fit rather than a tight one for me. I simply hang dry it from now on and i've been using it for 3-4 weeks now and it still seems brand new.
