I always liked Nate/Conor and Cain/Lesnar and Reem/Lesnar for that matter. GSP/Hughes II was also pretty sweet as I despised Matt Hughes.

So hard to limit this to just one... but I'd have to go with GSP absolutely crushing BJ in their rematch at UFC 92. After all the shit BJ talked about Georges being a frontrunner, a quitter, not a real champion, etc etc, seeing him quit between rounds after taking such BRUTAL GnP.... man it doesn't get any more satisfying than that. And I was a BJ fan too, but around those days the forums were so divided that it was one or the other. The war was on and there was no room for fence sitters.
