I need a new pair for athletic use, i.e. I don't want them to fall off when I bend over to lap an atlas stone. Any recommendations?

Maybe stick to golf glasses since golfers bend down a lot.

Golf Sunglasses

These seem pretty high end. Tifosi Sunglasses

Or maybe check out the action sports section of this website: Nike Prescription Eye Wear, Adidas Glasses, Carrera Eye Wear, Bolle Glasses, Nike Sun Glasses

I want something with a frame all the way around. Not wire, though... nylon or composite or whatever. The last thing I want to do is make myself look like a fucking golfer.

Like basketball glasses?

I like biking glasses. They wrap around and are designed to stay on when your head is down.
If you stop by your local bicycle shop I am sure you can find something you like.

Dudes, I want specific recommendations of what you actually like. Anyone have Oakley Straight Jackets?

I golfed for years, but finally gave it up because I realized I was never going to stop sucking. Now, my method of coping is to make fun of people who are good at it.

I used to play all the time, I played at a small college, and I played in a lot of amateur tournaments. When I tell people that I used to be a scratch golfer, they look at me and laugh. Apparently, I don't look like a golfer anymore.

Anyway - Golfer sunglasses would not make it through a strongman comp.

I just bought these (fives). Most Oakley's will stay on your face without falling off. Ask Schatz, he's a sunglass aficionado.

make sure this isn't an event in your next comp...

I have Oakley XXs (that's "20s") and love them. They almost seem to mold into your face, you forget you're wearing them. I've had mine for a few years and have yet to be disappointed by anything about them.

Although, I've never trained while wearing sunglasses, and crushing a $150 pair of Oakley's would suck.

Those look nice. I'm thinking Oakley of some type may be the way to go. I'll probably head to REI to try a bunch on, then purchase online.
