Oscar De La Hoya Considering running for President.

Chomsky? Is he russian. Ive heard the name before. Where is the best source of news who has real news with facts and no twisting or manipulation

He’s American. In my opinion Democracy Now and The Intercept are good sources of news. They always provide sources unless they demand to be confidential and have kept their journalistic integrity in tact by not compromising their principles.

However there is always bias in the news. Even if you’re reporting the facts, the way a sentence is constructed can create bias.

“Death toll rises in Middle East crisis” vs “bombing campaign by Saudi Arabia results in heavy casualties” are both ways of reporting the same facts. However in one case, a sentence is laying blame on the Saudis for bombing people right in the headline, while in the other case, they are simply reporting on a crisis without offering an opinion on who is responsible.

Are you from California?

They call that sensationalism headline to capture the attention

What is your opinion on The Young Turks, they always have a lot of views and support they said they are basically the rebel media who only reports the truth and tells it how it is.

I really don’t feel much about them one way or another. I suppose I find them a bit more emotional than I would prefer, so I don’t watch their media. I have watched them in the past. I’m not from California no. I am Canadian. For local Canadian news I read bits from all the papers, Sun, Star, Post, Globe... whatever.

I have never been to Cali, no. Met some Californians in Europe once. They were fun. I had planned on going to LA this summer but it fell through. Cali is high up on the list of places I want to see. I want to see the American South too.
