Organic is better, study.

    Organic is and will always be better for you. The only thing to watch for is the fact that government regulations don't require a product to truly be 100% organic for it to be labeled as such. This is somewhat worrisome. Meaning, you can have an organic farm, right next to a large corporate, industrial farm, where the runoff is trickling into the organic crops.
    Also, people have made the argument that you'll find that organic products actually have LESS vitamin content than non-organic. This is sometimes true, because they don't add any bullshit, low-grade vitamins to make the product appear healthy (ie fruit drink with low grade added vitamin C and a pound of sugar). But what's important is not what's in it, but what's NOT in it (ie Genetic modification, pesticides, radiation etc).

    Yeah it seems quite obvious. Only issue is the price is much higher.
