this has prob been asked b4 but what order should deadlift squat bench be in in terms of weight and how much difference say i deadlift 170kg for 5 reps what should the other 2 be doin 5 reps ?

Typically your bench < squat < deadlift, but it does vary from person to person and should definitely vary based on your goals.

If you train all 3 lifts equally, you should app squat and dl 1.5 times more then you bench.
But like urban said, most people dl more then they squat. although the numbers seem to catch up as you progress. think it has something to do with the fact that squatting requires squatting your own bw + the bar, as dl only involves lifting the bar.
This is just a rough estimate though. but it can be useful as reference. For instance:
if you bench more then you squat (like me:redface: ) then you know you neglected squating.

Are we talking Bench, Squat, and DL all in the same session?

my lifts are all over the place but it does depend i mean what kind of strength do you want for each motion youll get the sexiest triceps if you lift like 50 pounds a million time /end joke

seriously though my bench is pussy but im a tall guy so my deadlift brings the roof down but my squat sucks cause i have a bad knee so sometimes i skip it like a big wet pussy
