I have been good at locking up body locks from the double under position but I have a hard time finishing when my opponent keeps his hips back so I can't step around and crunch him over my knee. I also can't outside trip them either since their legs/hips are too far back. What other options do I have from this position? The knee block and outside trip are the only ones I have used before when I get double unders

What is your hand placement? You have much more posture control by either locking very low or very high. Mid back gives them some control of their hips to create distance or pummel in an underhook. If their hips are back, I say use higher hand placement and control their head with your forehead in their temple as example.

I hate his position. I like over-under better. More options for me.

In this position I like to "act" really weak have them press against me and explode with an inside or outside trip. Remember to head fight when needed.

If you have a high grip and can keep them sucked in chest to chest, a hip bump works great.
