I have a torn lunotriquetral ligament in my right wrist, which is leading to all sorts of wrist instability. Pushups are the worst, holding pads is terrible, shooting a basketball isn't fun, and the injury seems to be radiating up my forearm being that I've developed some pretty harsh elbow tendinitis.....
I had shoulder surgery in august, and I really don't want to get another one if I don't have to. Besides, by all accounts, the bone fusing, or pinning to help with chronic wrist instability does not have a very high success rate. The hand specialist I saw told me to try and live with it...
Just wondering if anyone was familiar with prolotherapy for this type of thing..
It's been around for a long time, but who knows.
Thanks.
