For those of you familiar with Ross Enamait's stuff, I need an opinion. I have "The Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness". I know that "Never Gymless" is a new and improved version of what I have. I do not compete in MMA, just occasional MMA training when I have the time and money. I want to gain and maintain great cardio as well as muscle endurance and strength. (I've got a good base now for both) I'm not concerned with gains in muscle mass. So anyway, I look at the description of Ross' three books and they all look good. Already having the Underground Guide, should I get Never Gymless or Infinite Intensity or Full Throttle Conditioning or call it good with what I have? I just keep hearing how much better "Never Gymless" is.

Unfortunately I haven't seen Underground, but I got the whole package deal of II, NG and FTC. Best investment I can think of concerning health & fitness. If that's more than you're willing/able to spend, I would say maybe get II if NG is truly an updated version of Underground.
