Right now I like being big and "strong" but at some point I will shed and likely take up BJJ or Judo. At 6'7" I can't imagine weighing any less than I do now but it will be in the interest of health. Just coming back from a severe flu so the volume is a bit lower and I've omitted a lot of lower body accessory work.

It has its ups and downs.

The cons are I can't really find pants in stores. Shoes in my size (16) are usually on back-order and need to come from warehouses. Hilarity ensues when folks see my arm size and it is always an issue in proportion to torso (86" reach)
