Interesting. Also not to mention if jones had ended up fighting hendo, or even sonnen, it would have been one month earlier than belfort

Nice work TS. Jones' run in 2011-2012 might be the best year ever in the sport.

Jones definitely gets his share of praise for his early career, heaped in with tons of detraction and hate...LoL, Juiced Jon was an absolute beast.

Tito doesn’t get the respect he should, partially because he ducked Chuck for the longest time, but mostly due to his articulate skills on the microphone... But Tito was the UFC’s first mainstream star and big draw, he should be recognized as the guy who shouldered the UFC through the transition from NHB to modern Unified Rules MMA.

Chimaev seems like more active beaver Khabib who can actually knock people out on the feet. If Chimaev pans out, people are gonna be saying Khabib who? In 2 years, oh the guy who took 3 years off from the sport due to injury, the guy who missed weight, the guy who never went up in weight after missing weight...went undefeated against mostly non wrestlers? Avoided the heavier division that was very wrestler heavy in the top 5.

Khabib can rule his little division at LW, (when he made the weight) but for a guy who said he did things for his legacy, was his legacy just to go undefeated without ever challenging himself? Be a champ champ. Every champ these days is challenging themselves in higher weight classes, from Izzy to Jones. Because once you clean out a division what else is there? But Khabib only would fight once a year if we were lucky. Khabib is a great wrestler, a great fighter, but I never saw him challenged. He’s lost 2 rounds his whole career. (Officially) him fighting at 170 against elite wrestlers like Colby and Usman, that’s a challenge!!!

Nope Khabib never wanted that. He did want to fight an old retired GSP tho. He may come out of retirement for that if GSP is game. Honestly I’m just mad at Khabib for his comments towards the French president for being critical towards Islamic terrorism especially with the recent attack in Vienna, it’s like Khabib put fuel on the fire. Khabibs fans themselves, are fanatics and it’s weird. Worse than Conor fans. Conor fans are just frat boy meat heads who wanna bang sluts and drink cheap whiskey. Khabibs fans follow him like he’s a religious leader, it’s fucking weird, like @Ackmed here on sherdog.

That's pretty crazy. Shevchenko should be doing that considering the level of competition she faces.
