Online Order Problem Solutions

i recently ordered a speed bag from MMAMuscle.com,it's been a month and still no product or answer from my many attempts at contacting the site owner,i was wondering if there was any service where i can file some kind of complaint or somehow try and get mmy money back,since i unfortunately did it by DEBIT card and the theives recieved their money almost immediately.anybody have any problems like these?

well i guess you should look for info before you post,i noticed there was a MMAMuscle thread thats already 13 pages which i don't think is a good sign,well i'll read up but if anyone has a specific answer to my situation it'd be much much appreciated

All i know about mmamuscle is that the owner is registred on sherdog, try to look
for him here and pm him or something... if that does not work look at their site
for emails or phone numbers etc... hope you get your bag!

so you did it with like a visa check card?? If so its just like a credit card when it comes to complaints. You can file stuff with the BBB but it doesn't help. I got ripped off for over a grand from a guy in Florida though a check payment a while back filed complaints there and tried with the postal system. They told me mail fraud was only followed up if they received a lot of complaints about the same company or person. So basicly if you get screwed your pretty much on your own these days.

Sorry Paul,cheap shot I know.Its a shame that so many people have had a problem with his customer service ,theres loads of tees on his site that I really like and he always seemed like an okay sorta guy but at the end of the day if you dont get your stuff...well. Plus he stopped shipping internationally too.Shame.

Yeah I was just joking, he did seem like a good guy. The guy that was responding on his myspace was pissing me off though. I'd probably order from him again if he got his shit together.
