Online betting advice?

If you’ve never really gotten into betting before, don’t do it. As a former gambler myself, if you gamble long enough you’re gonna eventually put yourself through hell. Get ready for sleepless nights, feelings of shame and guilt, and feeling physically ill.

Yeah man it's the best.

I bet $20-50 here and there and I always lose. Turns out I predict all the fights correctly until I decide to put money on them.

I use a site called bet365 but it must be blocked in your area.

Word of caution, if you're trying to do it for fun and have $ to lose that's great, but if you're hoping to make money, turn around and never look back.

If you're not willing to spend a dececnt amount of time on it, log all your bets, keep yourself to a % of bankroll per bet, and be very, very patient, there's no point ever really expecting any steady flow of money (and even then, especially if you mostly stick to boxing, don't expect much). If you just want to have fun and throw some money around here and there, there's nothing wrong with it, as long as you can handle gambling and reserving yourself to losing a reasonable amount (a lot of people can't).

As a guy who is the son of someone who made a career out of gambling, I think it's become way too ubiquitous and pushed on way too many people who are desperate and can't handle it (whether it be on sports, the massive proliferation of VLTs, the stock market, crypto nonsense and so on). I really don't like it as it's obviously predatory.

I gotta hear about your dad/ma whichever one made the money off gambling. That's my dream right there. Super hard time tho, you're right. I've been gambling on sports and other stuff my whole adult life and it's always always always a grind. No matter how sharp you think you've gotten there's always something to test you right around the corner.

Mr Ace Rothstein Jnr, I presume.

Beginners, on the other hand, should not rush into putting bets. You see, as simple as sports betting is, doing everything right when you're just getting started isn't easy.

It's unlikely that you'll enjoy sports betting if you approach it incorrectly. You will almost certainly not be on the proper track to profit.

This isn't meant to discourage you from betting on sports. Not at all. We simply want you to be ready and have the highest opportunity of succeeding.

great advice.

I've experienced the highs of cashing big on Spence vs Brook, and Fury vs Wilder II and III, but I've also experienced catastrophic losses and lows like with Chris Algeri vs Ruslan, and Tim Bradley vs Manny Pacquiao I.

In general, I would not advise you to engage in betting since there is very little chance of winning in this case. I'm telling you as a person who has been interested in gambling for a long time. My friend lost his house and car in this way because he wanted to win a lot of money at once, but I'm sure it's impossible. Although I, a person who plays at an online casino almost every night, understand this. I'm doing this for fun, to get away from work, and by the way, I just found this site casinoslotsmoney.com where I'm looking for the best casinos because I'm always bored of playing on one site. So, be careful with betting. Unfortunately, I can only give you this advice.

go to sportsbookreview. it gives honest reviews of each site and gives you the pros and cons of each. they even helped me when years ago a site tried to steal money from me. the sites dont want to get on their bad side. i use 5dimes when i bet off shore, but since i live in vegas, that isnt often

Hello,

I've only bet on fights I've actually been to (lived in LV from 2010-2012). I'm becoming interested in online betting. Online sports betting is still illegal in Idaho, but tons of guys I train with do it. Which site should I use? Isn't this regulated by federal law? Any and all advice is appreciated.
Never pay anyone for gambling advice, its all BS. NOBODY has a tried and true tested formula for consistency, doesnt matter what their excel spreadsheets say. Ignore it.

If you are based in the US you will likely have to use sites based in Europe. This isnt a problem, as the agents will guide you on how to get your bank to let you make deposits IF there is an issue.
You also might have to send in a picture of your license, which will seem shady, but its really a common practice. Be wary of the deals they present you when you first open your account, you will always be offered free play and money matching opportunities, you just need to understand how they work before you agree to them. If you plan on betting consistently for a while, then take whatever they offer. If you instead want to be able to bet and withdraw as you please, dont agree to these deals, they are usually structured so that you cant withdraw UNTIL youve bet a certain amount of money or palces a certain number of wagers.

Im sure you already realize this, but do not bet any money you are not comfortable with losing.

I don't get it...
How is he gonna bet sports online when it is illegal?
It's illegal in my country too, and the website won't matter...

Only way I can think around it is to convert some money into a crypto currency(NOT Bitcoin), use that on a website while operating on a very good proxy service. But fuck that effort to make a few bucks on a Saturday night that someone else can do with one click.

It's illegal here in Israel too...
You use websites that arent based in your country, simple as that. You dont need to deal in crypto either, funds will be deducted directly from your checking account.
