Some of you may remember my drunken ramblings and threads. I was in a damn terrible place, today I've been sober for a year. I've been quiet on here, turns out posting on sherdog when you aren't hammered isn't nearly as interesting to me. But hey just letting anyone who followed my threads and stuff that I am doing well, and the people who PMd me and talked me through that rough time, well I appreciate it. Cheers (well not for me)

Proud of you man! Really hoping @IloveTHIS can enjoy similar success!!

Funny point about posting less when drinking less; I think I've noticed that in my own habits to a small extent.

Have a good day!

I applaud you for liking it and not being bored.

Ive not done a single intoxication other than caffeine since December 28 and it fucking sucks.

sounds hella gay but also i remember you posted a good video of you playing guitar one time so i will give you the benefit of the doubt here this time

A year of boredom sounds awesome to brag about....on a serious note though I've been slowing down myself. Getting old and all that noise.

Also I love how when I clicked on this thread it was right below '5 favorite beers to drink'...taking an L to beer drinkers irl and in sherdog lol

Man if you would have seen where alcohol took me there was nothing cool about it anymore. I was pathetic
ive seen some people get pretty pathetic on alcohol so its not a stretch of the imagination for me, but i think sobriety is a good look on you even if your posting severely suffers from it

That's huge man! Remember to stay strong as you move forward. Life will always present issues, but its up to you how you want to deal with them.

I’ve greatly reduced my alcohol intake. Every night that I feel like drinking, I wake up to my coffee & chew feeling grateful that I didn’t.
