Notes: Had to take a couple of days off. My shoulder was in such pain I couldn't even sleep. Joined a new gym today. Much cheaper and still has everything I need. Decent run. Still have a long way to go.

Notes: Tried the smith squat machine today. It's easier but I'm not sure I like it. Probably go back to the squat rack next time. Actually got to do shoulder presses today since there weren't a hundred people crowded around the free weights (yay for smaller gyms with lower fees). I wanted to go from 25lb dumbbells to 30lb ones but some broski took one of the 30lb ones to do curls and I didn't want to wait for him to get done, hence the 35lb sets. Also did super sets of bench and chin ups since there were so few people. Intervals also felt really easy today.

Notes: Went to the gym angry today. Looks like it did me good. Tired of being weak. I went through my log and saw where I used to be at, definitely motivating. Finally broke the 100 on bench. My grip slipped on my 3rd set of chin ups so I stopped. Not a big drop off just a one off slip. The only thing killing me now is burpees.

Same workout video. Class canceled again. Looks like I won't get to train until Saturday. Some friends asked me to do 75 Hard with them. I tried it once but kept failing because I cannot drink a gallon of water a day. Hydration sickness is a thing that exists. I'd definitely have to up my workouts then, maybe that would help as I seem to be gaining weight instead of losing. Here's to hoping Bobby Green gets the upset this weekend.

Same video. 45 minutes of walking. Went to jiu jitsu for the first time in a couple of weeks today. Worked on lasso guard. Not my favourite. Sore as a motherfucker. Definitely need to get my cardio back.
