The problem is that the pay and the contracts suck to the point Dana has to bring in fighters from all over the world who are willing to risk their general health and probably the quality of life in their later years for relatively shit money. When one of those fighters from a crappy country wins, the first thing out of their mouth is, "The UFC should have an event in MY country," and the audience they draw gets their hopes up. Dana has to say yes in public just to keep the false hope alive and keep the foreign audience. Dana saying he wants to have an event in EVERY country is more of the same.
There is a silver lining to all this. Imagine the hospitality in a lot of these economically untapped countries when a foreign fighter beats the local guy's ass and has to leave the cage. Fun times in the 3rd world...
