Tabatha is a 20 sec ñonds excercise interval followed by a 10 second rest. 8 series in total. So, a burpee Tabatha in the morning and a burpee Tabatha at night, what do you think anoit that as your ONLY DAILY workout. 7 burpees per each 20 seconds. A joke?
