... are there any sites where you can deposit some x amount and then take out that x amount on another card/bank account?

I'm asking because there is a limit in my bank in exchanging to foreign currency, and there is a hassle to go through to get that limit raised.
I was wondering if I could by-pass it by doing that.

Change bank accounts. When I use bodog and win say Bisping KO RockH, i cashout, and they forward to my bank account or my visa pending on my chosen method.
