They weigh in every day as they advance. There is probably no rehydration or weight cutting at all.

Yo-yoing your weight when you have to fight five-six times in two weeks probably isn't practicable (& the stuff you'd have to take to make it practicable would get you kicked out of the Olympics quicker than you can say "Therapeutic Use Exemption" certificate).
