    How did you like it?

I didn't get to see much of the 48kg women's class, but I saw a large bit of the 60kg men's category.

I was glad to see Mudranov to get gold, but I was wanting Khetov to win it. But I am happy that Mudranov got the first gold for us. There have been some nice ippons from Khetov, Papinashvili and Takoto.

How did you enjoy watching today's Judo? and has Judo won anyone over from jiu jitsu or wrestling? ahaha

I watched for about 1h before leaving the house. I will be watching as much judo, greco and freestyle as I can, even if I am a 100% bjj'er.

I love the intensity and the fact that matches are only 5 minutes long, with heavy emphasis on stalling calls. I don't like the penalties for leg-grabbing, especially when in many cases they seemed to be accidental.

Locking the thread so judo olympic discussion (please discuss and post!) all goes in the official sticky judo thread above.
