Probably what he should say if his plan is to take him down and sub him. Almost 36 year old guys with a ton of mileage who get rocked in most fights aren't really the best candidates for slugfests, but he's a good enough striker and not a good enough wrestler to say in advance "I'm taking you down and there's nothing you can do about it", so just say you're going to KO him, stand and strike a little bit and then get the TD about halfway into the 1st so you have a couple minutes to find a sub.
