Anyone read the actual text of the proposal?

Text of the amendment.
1. The part of the statute making it a crime to wear a hood, mask, etc during the commission of a crime for purposes of intimidation, coercion, or harassment was already in the statute.
2. The new language make it a misdemeanor to intentionally conceal your identity by means of a "robe, mask, or other disguise."
3. It has exceptions, both religious and practical.
So.......the law doesn't come close to "banning hoodies". The amendment doesn't mention hoods or hoodies. A hoodie sweatshirt doesn't per se conceal your identity. Put on a hoodie, in almost all situations, someone is gonna be able to tell it's you.
