alright thanks guys. the reason I wanted to know is because I'm 6'4 like the guy in the vid and i wanted to squat like him to see if it's more ideal for me. i know I can get parallel w/ a wide stance like that.
this is me squatting 350x5 with a narrower stance:
Im your height and you look good with your squat. Personally I have to do a lot of warm-up and SMR on my IT bands and hips. My knees are fine. I considered some sleeves but decided against it
yes I know infact it was below parallel but I was saying I know I have the mobility to get to parallel with a wide stance like in the tom magee vid. I just want to try it and see if I'm stronger like that and to see if it's comfortable.
