I got some cone like jiggley man tits. I am only 5'11 190lbs. I was 224 not too long ago and cut some weight in hopes i'd look less like a chubby 15 year old girl...in the chest.

Anyways, I feel like a fat burner might burn those areas. I lost a lot of weight visually in my face and my arms. I'm also not as wide and thick as I was before. I feel even if I drop more weight i'll still have these stupid man boobs. So like I said will a fat burner help me get rid of that? I want to drop down to 170lbs, I feel if I lose my jiggly nasty lookin fat that'll be my natural weight.

I can lose the weight by running and I am real good with eating, so gaining it back won't be an issue. The fat burner I feel will help me burn fat in those areas that shouldn't have fat there, atleast for men.

Fat burners aren't spot reducers. Its not gonna do that much to help you. If you do enough of the proper exercise and eat very closely watched diet, you'll lose the weight. Those boobs are from having the high body fat. With time they may tighten up if you lose more weight and tone up. But you may have GYNO or whatever its called.

as seandearing said they dont spot reduce. they may aid, but ask yourself if you're reallin doing everything you can anyway?

OH GOD!

I DO!

Gynecomastia is what it's called, I remember under one of my medical exams in the military under chest it was checked as not normal and the doctor put Gynecomastia.

FUCKING SHIT I GOT GENETIC MAN TITS THAT WONT GO AWAY.

To Fozzy, I haven't been recently.

Between december - January is when I got from 224lbs down to 203lbs. I lost 10lbs in boot camp before I was discharged for medical issues.

Anyways I'm 190lbs now, I haven't gotten around to running again since i been back. I been back for like a month or two and I've been lazy. I haven't gained any weight back because I eat healthy. Although I should start running again here soon.

I think you have a problem that is not just burning fat. I have two friends who also got "man boobs" but it's not just a little bit fat on their chest like realy fat people have it looks more like woman breast tissue. If you lost weight everywhere but on your chest altough you have a lot of "fat/tissue" there then I don't think it's just normal fat. Once I saw a man on TV who had that problem and he operated his "boobs". I think it's an hormonal disfunction. I would suggest you to go to the gym and do bodybuilding, especialy exercises for the chest (bench press is the best) so that your "boobs" get harder. I'm sure it will work if you work hard on youre chest because female bodybuilders have a cheast like male bodybuilders. So if women with real breast can turn their chests into hard muscles then I'm sure you can do it to. Train your chest twice a week for 1 hour, first do the normal bench press then the bench press wheather for the uper or lower part of the chest (rotate them every training) after that do a chest exercise of your choice that is not a bench press : dips, dumbbell excercises.. Do 4 sets with 6-12 repetitions of those exercises, always use as much weight as you can without sacrificing proper lifting technique. Always warm up your joints before training to don't injure yourself. Two times a week training the chest is the best cause once is not enough and three times will be to much for your chest muscles to recover. Keep two or three days between every chest training so the muscles can recover properly. Eat healthy and sleep enough. After one month you deffinately will fell that yout chest has goten harder but it sure will take much longer till it becomes all muscle. The two friends I mentioned also did a little bit bodybuilding but quited soon so they still have pretty big soft man boobs, but they take it easy and both have pretty hot girlfriends.
Good luck with your boobs man and stick to the training cause if you quit your chest won't get any better

lmao this is what I look ilke and no that's not me....

Follow my advice man. Like I said if FEMALE bodybuilders can totaly harden their breasts then you can do it to with bodybuilding. One of the friends I mentioned also used to be fat but now that he lost weight he still has those man boobs, he lost fat everywhere but on the chest. That means that it's not fat but well... somthing like female breast tissue.

TAKE YOUR TITS TO THE GYM, and follow also the rest of my advice

...........................sorry but...get your ass in the gym, wear a really tight shirt or a baggy one

Alright well I'll have to talk to my dad about setting me up with the gym he goes to.

Its probably embarassing or whatever man, but dont worry about it. I dont think any less of you about it, and anyone who does is a d-bag. Dont worry about them, just work on eating perfect and training hard, than your bodyfat will drop and they'll probably go with it. Worry about them not going when you get to that point, for now all you can do is train hard. Good luck brother.

What is more embarassing is that I drop 30lbs and I get skinnier but my man boobs stick around. It sucks man I put all this effort into dropping weight and they stay there. I can admit I don't have much muscle in my upper body, I think my man boobs might go away if I work out my chest. Hopefully, but maybe that's wishful thinking. It just sucks cause I work hard to drop weight and when the man boobs stick around it makes me feel like I should drop a lot more weight, which can be unhealthy if I drop too low. I was thinking 170lbs.

Try an estrogen blocker, there are plenty of good ones on the market, if it's really that bad you can get the prescription stuff aswell. As far as a fat burning program, start with a nice flush/detox, not a 48hour fast crap, but a total body detox with herbs and such. Take plenty of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and lots of water. Then start and plan an eating program, lots of lean protein, fiber, whole grains, veggies, essential fats. Then start on a workout program, resistance training and cardio. If the gyno is still bad, an indeed genetic, then get it sucked out. Simple procedure, but still invasive, and a last resort.

get yourself to a doctor asap...im sure there is medication for this, it won't be fixed by dieting and/or fat burners. That won't get rid of gyno.

I find it hard to believe that if u really look like that picture and your not sleeping outside a doctors office right now waiting to get an appointment first thing in the morning. That would be my first priority...

Alright I'll go talk to a doctor, and see my options.

It sucks guys, I feel like no matter how hard I try to work out and I lose weight but they stick around so it makes my accomplishments feel like nothing.

I used to be 250lbs when I was like 16. Dropped to about 227lbs when I cut out fast food for good and soda at around age 17-18. Dropped down to 217lbs to join the military. Only to find out I actually needed to be 197lbs, so I dropped down to 203lbs on exam day and passed the tape test with body fat %. Lost about 13lbs more and got down to 188lb-190lbs while in the Army. I got discharged for medical reasons, but nothing crazy. I dropped from 227lbs - 203lbs between the moddle of November - Beginning of January. I shipped to boot camp Jan 16th and lost 13lbs there. I'm back and now abotu 188lbs - 190lbs. I mean, I felt like I did a lot of work, then to look in the mirror and see some jiggly man tits. It makes me feel like I'm working towards nothing, so I lost my rocky like training spirit, lol. I'm abou to be 19 here in august.

I guess I've just had this on my chest for a while never really explained my situation to people, but this shit is stressing. Especially with my recent discharge and all that shit. I'll talk to a doctor asap.
