That was LARGELY opposed in UK by both right and left wings.

So my question is, whats brexiters stance on it?

To those outside UK and Europe: UK is trying to create mass surveillance on their citizens such as keeping internet browsing history for monitoring (yes, all your animal porn and weird fetishes will be now seen by UK government if you live in UK) and European Union response was - not so fast.

There is loads of brexiters here in War room so I would like to see at least 5 pages of responses from these people.

Haha, this is what I expected. They got fucking answer for anything :D

Tailors response to suit situation not ideology. Pathetic. Grow a pair and stand by your choice son swallowing everything it entails.

European Laws are CRIPPLING Europe. I don't really know politics TOO well, but I work in immigration and England / Britain has no such thing as "deportation" unless somebody asks to go "home" or breaks the law severely (murder / touching kids).

Leaving the EU and attempting to get away from their grip is a good idea, in my opinion.

Well who cares anyway. Soon you will be all gone from EU and mass surveillance act will be introduced. Whats the big deal.

haha as if the EU is against mass surveillance.

Europe is returning to nationalism and it's a beautiful thing. There will be bumps along the way, but the ultimate goal will be worth it.

This is not Europe;

This is - and if the bolshevik run EU doesn't like, I don't give a shit.

From all core brexiters the only person I really admire is Nigel Farage. That guy at least stand by his ideology. Fuck EU, fuck single market. Regardless that people will be losing jobs, regardless that UK further isolate themselves from Europe. Its all about ideology. A real man with balls.

I'm not from Europe, but I can tell you why I would still support Brexit with this in mind.

Let's say that the EU court ruled the other way, what is easier, overturning a bad court ruling for your own countries government, or overturning the ruling trough the whole EU government.

Really it comes down to this though. If the EU is just a economic trading block, and not a new Federal type government, then why is there an EU court even ruling or operating on issues of individual state national security?

What does trade have to do with surveillance?

what the progressive lemmings doing the EU/zionist biddings don't get is that the ultimate goal is a globalist run slave state.

Yeah I know, the ultimate goal is not a 'sovereign EU' it's a regional block that serves global power structure. So even if they think they are handing their sovereignty over to a 'trusty and nice EU bureaucracy', that will then keep going further and it will be handed over to a 'trusty and nice global bureaucracy'.

And of course, the bureaucracy is controlled by private interests (Oligarchy) who are keen at consolidating their power and most efficiently controlling the masses. Like you say, the scale is global.

There are of course, the same private interests still influencing the UK though, despite a BREXIT, so it's not like they are out of trouble.

The snoopers charter, the brainchild of David Cameron, a remainer.

Don't act as though this is the EU defending the UK from nasty UK politicians. This idea will be easily defeated in or out of the EU.

Fun fact: the EU tried to bring in this very same law a few years ago that stated companies must retain citizens Phone/internet data for 2 years until it was rejected by European court of justice.

So LOL at the assumption the EU is for protecting citizens rights.

The European Commission says it too is assessing the ruling. It said there had to be a proper balance between security and fundamental rights.

Really don't see the issue with his response. People wanting to leave the EU might not necessarily disagree with everything they do but enough to want to leave. It doesn't have to be an all or nothing situation.

Like I said it doesn't matter anymore. As soon as UK pull out of the EU the mass surveillance act will be the first thing implemented. Mark my words.

I believe it. Not so sure the EU would have stopped it for long anyways though. Will see how long that last. Mass Surveillance is coming period. Holding out at this point is like the guy who refuses to give his CC information to Amazon.com.

Mass surveillance isn't all bad, I am used to it in the USA. The real issue is that it is as ineffective as it is intrusive.

Every county in Scotland apart from one said no not that it matters.

Where I used to live they were deporting groups of illegal West Indian youths all the time. Some of them were a nuisance, but they weren't murdering people and/or touching kids. You're misinformed on that one.
