Elections Ojeda VA medical records was leaked out before elections just before President Trump's speech in WV

Richard Ojeda has the names of who leaked records but the report was redacted where he could not have his his records redacted and others that may have looked at his records right in the VA. He is coming out with this because it continues to be a problem for him and he wants to make people aware that these people will stoop to any levels to destroy someone even retired military personal. President Trump went to WV to support Richard Ojeda Republican candidate and the paperwork was leaked before his speech they now have the name of the person who leaked it and shared the same last name as the woman that Richard was running against.

Yeah, that person should be punished for a) impermissible disclosure of protected health records under the HIPAA Act, and b) punished for doing it for the purpose of defamation of character, or some shit like that. Very illegal, and I hope that employee gets crucified for that. Somehow, being that it was a VA worker just makes it even more slimy.
