So most of you usually go in the S&P some don't lol. Anyways I just moved and low and behold who teaches two blocks from my new place? Yup yup, Dan John. Meant to hook up with him last year, shit hit the fan. None the less, I have two workouts with him next week. Finally I can tweak my oly lifts.
