It would be a NC bro, his techniques aren't even legal in MMA. Weidman would be DEAD.
He's getting it ready as we speak.

he very well could have lost to hendo in a close split decision, and he got destroyed by jones, beat soundly by rampage and davis... so id say his record against wrestlers is good but not as great as some make it out to be.
that being said I still favor him in the fight.
but Weidman has risen to the occasion every time he steps into the cage.
Lyoto Machida has taken out Mark Munoz, Tito Ortiz, Bader, Henderson, Couture, Rashad and arguably Davis and Jackson.

Damn that's an impressive record.
And considering this was at 205, I can only imagine how Lyoto will manhandle and thrash Weidman at 185.
For all of you bettors out there, I'll throw you a bone, bet the house on Lyoto and do it before the odds go down. I've already put down a dime (that's 10K in gambler lingo). I know some of you don't have that kind of money, but my professional advice would be to gather up as much as you can and lay it down on the line.
Beat soundly by Page and Davis? Maybe you need to watch the fights .. there's no way anyone watches those fights and comes to this conclusion.
Unless the wrestler is athletic and explosive..![]()
haha jk I thought he did enough to beat Davis and Rampage. However, if Weidman is half as impressive as he seems so far it will be a very tough fight as we could be dealing with the beginning of a middleweight Jon Jones
Weidman is going to have his way whether Machida likes it or not.

i NEED to know where this came from
2 out of 3 rounds go to both fighters in the respective fights.
objective judging aside.
an argument can be made either way.
as DFW would say...
don't leave it in the hands of the judges
i NEED to know where this came from
It was a rare occurrence that Machida got taken down at 205, he will be like an oak at 185.

:icon_lol: A kickboxer took the mighty oak down. Must've been an even rarer occurrence at 185. So, not really. Weidman will catch his kicks and knees all day. If I were Machida I'd be learning how to box and fight off my back well right about now.
