offsite linked signatures

hey guys,

just a suggestion here. I run a phpBB2 board and it allows the user to have an image signature that is linked offsite.

the reasoning behind you guys not allowing signatures, I would assume, is a bandwidth issue. if every thread had 100 50k signatures, it would kill the bandwidth, but if you only allowed signatures to be linked offsite, your bandwidth wouldn't take a hit.

also, if the issue is scroll bomb signatures and the like, I'm sure this bb software has something that can limit the size. I limit the size on my board to 400x100 and it works great.
