One of my coaches Dave Jacobs is sick with the wrist locks. He hits them from everywhere all the time and I'm pretty sure he just doesn't do them as much as he can simply because the roll will only last 2 seconds if he does.

Ive been doing this defence to the Ezekiel for a while now, its very effective! I approve!

I also approve of the thread as Mao de Vaca is one of my guilty pleasures! AND Ive got Calasans coming over after the Euros for a mini seminar at my club, so theres gonna be some techs flying around then!!!!!
