The new question is have the UFC tried to sign an Invicta fighter and the new owners said no or is the UFC just not even going after them anymore.

Compete asspull/gut-feeling would be that the new owners nixed the easy access to UFC - why invest actual money in something and then let your only asset freely walk to the competition's camp... of course this is sad for fighters tied to contracts if the nuVicta continues with the recent ways of under the radar random shows every now and then without (what seems to be) a proper plan for anything.

Though didn't they now at least announce a show that is not too far from the last one?
