I assume that Saudi boy has a rich or politically connected family member? He was diabolical

As far as I’m aware he’s a Brit with Saudi heritage. Turkey wants Saudi/local fighters on the bill. There’s been local fighters early on the undercard in most of their events. It was only his debut, I thought he looked alright

1st half decent test for whittacker tonight. I think he’ll handle Cameron fairly easily tbh

he doesnt have the power to make him a massive star IMO, i may be wrong but he doesnt seem to be able to hurt fighters and i think once he starts fighting up, he may struggle against guys who can walk him down

True, and we still don’t know how durable he is. He isn’t feather fisted though and he is a very very talented boxer. I think he ‘can’ make it to the top but there are unanswered questions at the moment

first round done, he still fights like an amatuer for me, he doesnt really sit down a lot on his punches and try and hurt the other guy, reminds me a bit of an early career Amir Khan

nice fight so far, not fully sold on Whittaker

the guy who won, he wasnt too bad for a first timer
I could have judged him too harshly against the type of talent that is on the rest of the card, just seemed weird for an event of this scale to have an amateur of that level, but makes sense of they just want to try out local(ISH) talent

I am not sure if I want him to be great or to get humbled, but he looks lot less memorable without all the fortnite fighting tonight

yeah, fully expect Whittaker to quit here

Reminds me of hector Camacho JR vs Jesse James Leija.

I’m not surprised 1 of them ended up injured. Fuck the scorecards, re-do the fight again next
