I've worked in an office for 15 years now.
Enough time to come to realisation that working 40 plus hours
with the same people in a room creates some messed up
and funny situations.
In my office complex work about 4000 people.

Do you work in an office and have some office politics examples ?
Or maybe some funny stuff going done where you work ?

Yep. It would take all day to go into the whole thing. But I blew the whistle on a $25K embezzlement scheme and have been mercilessly persecuted by those participating in it ever since.

I've got this guy collegue who was divorced and another collegue
banged his ex wife. He went to Human Resources about it....

He's now of with sick leave because he has psychological problems.
The guy who banged her told me yesterday he is afraid of
getting a pen in his neck when the crazy guy returns.

They're still employed?

noone like a tattle tale

we made this gay kid cry one time in the office. not because he was gay, but because he was a pussy who couldn't take a joke.

Yes. Like I said, it would take a while to explain. It would have been so hard to pull the evidence together to get them on that, that they just decided to get them on a lesser, more immediate infraction. They probably won't be employed for long.

sucks how everyone that's a kissass gets promoted at my job. even when they suck at their job.

I'm glad I don't work in an office... But politics come in to play in every profession.

That's how most jobs are.

i just can't do it, i cant put on an act like that. its impossible for me to act like a GAF about something when i really don't, unless i'm talkin to the gf

A guy who's been working there before I came along is terminated
per tomorrow. He really showed me the job and the extra knowledge you need.
But this last week, he doesn't do shit anymore.

I feel mixed about this, cause I was his 'apprentice'
But this week I have to cover for him cause he's watching YT and manga.

I'm not angry, I feel like I owe him this week.
Well maybe just a little angry.

really? how many of the thieves survived the bloodletting?

my most bizarre office experience was firing my boss. I chose the right side in an big schism.

Just wondering, if you didn't rat would the embezzlement have jeopardized you in any way?
