I think it was fair for the CSAC to bring up prior offenses/issues as a commission can not trust someone who has broken or not complied with rules/laws on multiple occasions and has been suspended by a commission multiple times previously to fight. Needs to show growth or change he has failed to do so.

However I think at a few times things were discussed that were completely not necessary.
