Odd Damage on Nate's Face?

So I never saw anything on this and was wondering what the deal was with the marks on the right side of Nate's face and neck.

They almost look like scratch marks, it's not damage that occurs in most fights that I've watched. I watched the fight live and replays and couldn't see how Nate got the marks.

I have no pics just look at the past fight pics and interviews. What do you all think? Did McGaot scratch Diaz?

Those scratches marks were from the Gloves when they miss and skinned his face. This fight was basically a boxing match till Mctapper got cracked.
