Obligatory batman thread: Batman & Robin vs. The Dark Knight Rises

We got to make it clear which one is the worst of all Batman movies.

Unpopular opinion, but I actually prefer the 1997 Batman movie. It was a bad? Yes, but because it really embraced fiction and it didn't take itself too seriously like the newest version, I can watch it with less criticism.

What is Sherdog opinion... I mean, uncontested bat-facts on this?
