I've been adding one handful (~1 cup) of oats to my PWO and breakfast protein shakes. Will this be detrimental to losing body fat? This may sound stupid but I'm new to eating clean so don't flame.
I depends how much and what you are eating overall. If you are not burning enough calories compared to what you are eating, then yes. However, I would stick with the oats and make sure you are eating clean in your "actual" meals. If you eat well and exercise, I wouldnt worry about it.
