Police brass/city are to blame as well. Just because the union wants something doesn't mean you have to provide it.

Even if he's terminated with cause he would likely retain his pension contributions. I'm hoping that's the case here.

He won't be put in Gen Pop. The simple fact he was once a cop is enough to have that happen but you add in who the victim was... he'll be in ad seg from day 1 once he's convicted.

A lot of stuff can still happen on the inside though.

I know he will not see a second of gen pop, Who he is will keep him segregated but a guy can hope there is a clerical error one day.
