I think NCAA should have the right to determine it's male/women categories however it wants. If it's an 80/20 issue like most say, then the public shouldn't have a problem with them defining by saab.

If the decision is handled at the organizational level (with appropriate legal protections), I think you end up absolving many of these issues because the director can make a case-by-case call or whatever.

I just don't think the Texas A&M College Women's Wrestling team should have to have same standards as the San Francisco Women's Chess Club or we gotta get the DOJ involved. That makes no sense to me.

If they simply made the very easy decision that you cannot compete against biological women if you were born a biological man (and made it universal)...pretty tough for anyone to fixate on this specific topic.
