Opinion NY Times: How the War Over Trans Athletes Tore a Volleyball Team Apart

I see... so women can just fuck off? The few people at the top get to make the decision regardless of how the girls in the NCAA feel about it?

Its amazing how the left have placed women's rights below trans rights.

lol
The misogyny from the left regarding making women subordinate to trans is pretty hilarious coupled with the anti semitic hate crimes of drawing Swastikas on jewish peoples teslas.

I think NCAA should have the right to determine it's male/women categories however it wants. If it's an 80/20 issue like most say, then the public shouldn't have a problem with them defining by saab.

I also wonder why trans people don't incorporate into a religion like Church of Satan in order to gain legal protections.
This will sort itself out in time. Everything will turn out fine for everyone. There was a time when certain people panicked about athletes of colour competing with caucasians.

??

I literally said that the NCAA should be able to discriminate by sex assigned at birth.

the right and not reading = classic combo

Idk, I love trans people, but I personally think it's fair to discriminate by bio sex when it comes to sports in the same way we don't stop the 400m relay because Muhammad has to get his third prayer of the day in.

They should be able to live how they want, but it doesn't mean society should have to accommodate unreasonably, imo.

I just don't think we need an executive order from the president in order to accomplish this.

To me, the issue is using this as a strawman to promote hate of trans people generally. How many trans athletes are in top level competition--or who would like to be but are excluded, as the case may be? They're being made out to be the scapegoats for all anti-trans bullshit. It's fucking sick.

With so few examples of trans people in sports why do we keep hearing news about them? They're, what, 0.0001 percent of the population? And that's including recreational players.

100% agree that it's being used to target trans people and the gender definition EO is 100x worse, imo.

If the decision is handled at the organizational level (with appropriate legal protections), I think you end up absolving many of these issues because the director can make a case-by-case call or whatever.

I just don't think the Texas A&M College Women's Wrestling team should have to have same standards as the San Francisco Women's Chess Club or we gotta get the DOJ involved. That makes no sense to me.

Nah.

They should be given attention that's roughly proportional to their population and the gravity of their plight.

So trannies participating in sports is about the 34,490th most important social issue in society right now. But right-wingers are making a killing pretending it's #2 or #3.

So...you're right. But there's kind of an easy way to clear this bullet from the chamber, right? If they simply made the very easy decision that you cannot compete against biological women if you were born a biological man (and made it universal)...pretty tough for anyone to fixate on this specific topic.

Yeah, and what about high school volleyball? Do you think some average player at some average school should be targeted, singled out, and separated from their team because of it?

What is the name of your favorite trans model ?

Have you considered a vacation to Thailand. To train. Your gag reflex.

What if not ?
All you have to do is review my previous responses to your WR posts for the answer to that question.

What does this mean, I googled him ?
If you're that out of touch with the current state of politics, what do you expect out of the War Room? Do you think people are supposed to explain the last 10 years' events to you?

I'm a overseer. Overseas. I just got bored and took a glance at this sub and since I suck at politics I guess I ended up in this thread and was just like why that one bro wrote an essay over the same topic that we had with the boxers and also the swimmer and many others. It's the same topic. That is all. I do know who our friend mr Donald Trump is. Friend of the UFC and Dejna. Wishing you a pleasant let me count it's evening for me in good ol Europe so it's afternoon for you, hence shall I wish you a pleasant reminder of the day sir.

So why did Democrats decide to make it a national issue?

Ah', yes, the old "Republicans made this a big deal!" tripe from the embarrassed Liberal that lives in a fantasy land where they prefer to believe that Democrats didn't make this nonsense part of the entire identity over the past 10 years.

Also love how the "poorly educated" are the ones adhering to biological fact, and not the "women can have penises" crowd, LOL.

did anyone read all that shit? No trannies in female sports seems pretty common sense to me. Maybe just start up a third league with just trannies.
