Depends, its all hourly in house or daily visits. 24 hour will be expensive and my sister who is a nutritionist shows up to prep meals for Dennis Bermudez (back in the day not anymore since he isnt in NY anymore) at least 5 times a day and prepped 4 small meals for the fridge, still pricey but not as expensive as a 24 hour supervision.
