    Cool site that will help you count up your calories for the day. My favorite feature is the Triangle Chart for each food where the three points of the triangle are carbohydrates, protein, and fat, and the chart shows you the point wherein the triangle your food falls (determined by its macronutrient profile):

    Don't pay attention to the "In Simple Terms" ratings. Lean broiled chicken breast, broiled top round, and even egg whites get 2 1/2 stars because they are "high in cholesterol." One wonders how one is to get their protein.
