Nobody's paying 560 mil for it but the effort needed to obtain it all would definitely be worth it to certain parties. Sometimes when you fire a warning shot smart people can tell what kind of gun you're using and where it came from. They might decide they want one of those guns too.

Yea, lol, its already in the wrong hands, too late for that. Now to determine who you might think is really the wrong hands? Who would really want something like this? If its specialized hacking tools and techniques then only certain highly qualified people would even know how to use it. That is a completely different situation than hacking data, like conspiracy data, one world government, rigged elections data, etc.

Didn't Snowden teach you that? These guys are spying on the entire planet and most certainly all Americans. There is not a phone call, text, e-mail, or internet search you have made that has not been neatly documented and filed away. You can bet on it. Everything you do is being monitored by a Big Brother style surveillance state.

Lol at Snowden. He was the second whistleblower to reveal that info. It's infuriating that my info isn't safe. Sobering that the NSA isn't safe.
