Jon is 31 FFS, hasn't taken much damage in his whole career, and has taken a ton of time off because of drug failures and the like. The guy who he arguably lost to is in his prime at 35, was killing himself to make Middleweight for years, and has been knocked out multiple times.

Nope, Jones has declined BADLY since the DC rematch. Can't believe how people can't see it. Its either PED related issue or his mileage, or both, but he is not at his best anymore. It's ok to accept it, he has been training/fighting at the high level over 10 years and started really young. There is nothing embarrassing about declining at this point in his career.
