any school can get a waiver for any reason here in LA county, and they can be queued to reopen. That’s not a typo. It’s designed for low income schools to come back sooner than later. However they prioritize inner city schools, where the infection rate is by far the highest. Don’t you just love science, the virus figured out income levels.

Governors making governor moves is just federalism. As long as their orders are legal, they should be able to do what they see fit for the benefit of their state. If the orders are off-kilter, then allow state legislatures and others to sue to change. That's the system.
