Now that Eddie Bravo's book has been out for awhile

Yeah, the rubber guard is great. I work the gogo plata choke that Eddie shows whenever I get a chance to.
 
That knife hand stuff killed me.

I've hit the calf cranks and some of my own sweeps and taking the back from Lockdown, and I have begun refining spiderweb to an art form, as I've always liked the short arm scissors/bicep slice.
 
I also train with the guy, drill these techniques every class and love it. He's a great coach and his class structure is outstanding
 
I use the calf crank to set up sweeps; no one I train with will tap to it. I try to hit the omoplata when I can, but I've only been training for about several months so I only can do so much. Currently working on my flexibility.
