Will Mr. Schaub issue an apology ? On his Podcast, Twitter, JRE.. or anywhere else ?
Lately Schaub turned from a Teamplayer for the UFC to a little nagger that keeps throwing low blows at Zuffa..

People have their opinions and that won't change. OJ was found not guilty and Pistorious got off with murder. Has people's opinions changed on them?

The UFC went from a company that allowed him sponsors that payed 6 figures to forcing him new sponsors that pay on the lower end of five. I understand his butthurt.

He was actually. The same way some pedo priest were proven innocent by the church.
The point is it is silly to let the ufc itself be the judge in such cases.

Inconclusive evidence doesn't mean you're clear of anything. It means the investigation proved inconclusive.

let me test your understanding of the word inconclusive. for you, inconclusive means proven not guilty.

so would you go and test your theory by employing the services of a prostitute whose AIDS tests have come back "inconclusive"?

    see how that sounds?

Technically, it does because you are innocent until proven guilty. Thus if nothing is proven, you are innocent.

Technically, you're presumed innocent until proven guilty, you're not proven innocent because you're not proven guilty. You're only presumed to be, doesn't mean you actually are....technically speaking.

So technically you're saying that if I murdered someone I would be technically innocent right up until the moment that the judge tells me I'm technically guilty despite the fact that I technically murdered someone a long time ago?

Umm...you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The UFC or the 3rd party investigator does not lawfully have the power to declare someone innocent of any wrongdoing.

So no, he has not been proven innocent under our judicial system.

I am not sure what is so hard to understand.

  16. When was he proven innocent? And who hit her? Because i saw the pics and she was beat up.

The question is who hit her. I think Travis because that would make the most sense but yeah wathever.

Lol proven innocent. It was probably the UFC's gift to Ronda to call off this shit as a favor for her stepping up to the November card.
